VSBC Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the custom nature of our treatments and preparation costs associated with product and provider time, 24 hours notice is required if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled.

If at least 24 hours is not given, you agree to pay a fee of $50 for non medical facial/skin treatments, lash, and waxing appointments, or a $100 fee for medical and DMK Enzyme treatments (includes acne treatments, anti-wrinkle (tox) treatments, dermal or lip filler, microneedling, laser, or chemical peels/DMK Enzyme treatments). No call/No show appointments will be assessed their full service amount.

If you are a monthly facial or laser membership client and do not give 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, the appropriate amount will be deducted from your client wallet available for use.

This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file for you. In the event that the card on file is declined, or payment is unable to be processed, an invoice will be sent to client's email for immediate payment and must be paid in full before any future services rendered.
